The work that still runs on WhatsApp, paper and a spreadsheet. We build the small tool that replaces it.

We come to your office, watch how a job really moves through the business, and take the retyping out with a tool of your own: expense claims, timesheets, approvals, contracts, reporting. Connected to what you already use, with AI where it saves real hours.

Sound familiar?

Six signs the business runs on people remembering things.

Every one of these is a process that only works because someone is careful.

"The timesheets come in on WhatsApp."

Photos of a notebook, typed into a spreadsheet on Friday. Wrong by Monday.

"Expense receipts live in a shoebox."

Until the accountant asks, and then someone loses a weekend to it.

"Approval means finding the boss."

A quote, a holiday, a purchase: nothing moves until one person has seen it, and they are on the road.

"The report is a spreadsheet someone rebuilds every month."

Two hours of copying from three systems, and nobody is sure the numbers match.

"Contracts are printed, signed, scanned and lost."

Three days for a signature that could take three minutes.

"We tried off-the-shelf software and it never fit."

Because it was built for the average business, and yours is not that.
What's in the price

Included, and not included. Written down.

One tool, one fixed price, built with the people who will use it.

Always included

  • A morning at your office: we watch the process, not the org chart
  • A one-page map of where the hours go, with the retyping marked
  • One internal tool, built for that one job, tested with the people who will use it
  • Connected to what you already run: Holded, Visma, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, your CRM
  • AI where it saves real hours: reading receipts, drafting, sorting, summarising
  • Logins, roles and a data-processing agreement, so it holds up in an audit
  • Thirty days of changes after go-live, because the second week teaches you things the first did not

Not included, quoted separately

  • Software licences you already pay for, billed by their suppliers
  • Replacing your accounting or ERP system, which is a project of its own
  • A tool for a process nobody can describe yet; we help you describe it first, then quote
  • Bookkeeping and legal advice on what the tool records
  • A public website, quoted as a build
How it goes

Eight weeks from the first visit to daily use.

The first version is deliberately small. It does one job well and grows from there.

Week 1

Visit

A morning at your office. We follow one job from start to paid and write down every handover.

Week 2

Decide

Which one process is worth a tool, what it must do, what it must not. Quoted as one number.

Weeks 3–5

Build

The first version, small on purpose. You see it working in week three, not week five.

Weeks 6–7

Try it for real

The people who will use it, use it. We fix what they trip over, on site if that is faster.

Week 8

Live

Logins, roles and connections switched on. A month of changes in the price.

Where to start

Three starting points. Your quote is one number.

Every job is quoted as one fixed amount for a defined result, written down before we start. Tell us which of these sounds like you and we put a number on it.

Starter

One process online

One thing off paper or WhatsApp: timesheets, expense claims, a checklist, a sign-off. For a business that wants to see what this is like.

Tool plus connections

The tool writes into Holded, Visma or your CRM, so what happens on the floor lands in the books without anyone retyping it.

Digital partner on the inside

Several processes over a year, a visit every month or two, and a person who knows your business well enough to spot the next one. How we work with our longest-standing clients.

  • Scoped together after the first visit
  • One monthly fee, one contact
Talk it through

We come to you

A process looks different in the office than on a call. The visit is in the price, and we keep coming back once it runs.

Yours to keep

The tool, the code and the data are yours. If we disappeared tomorrow it would keep working, and somebody else could pick it up.

Small first, on purpose

The first version does one job. Every client who asked for the big system first ended up using a quarter of it.

Questions

Before you ask

Why not just buy software for this?

Sometimes you should, and we will say so on the first visit. The tools we build are for the process that is specific to your business, where the off-the-shelf option makes you change how you work to fit it.

Do you really come to the office?

Yes. Girona and Málaga are our bases, most of our clients are within a few hours of one of them, and for the rest we plan visits around the year. Watching a process beats being told about it.

What does "connected to Holded or Visma" mean in practice?

That an expense claim approved in the tool appears in your books as a purchase, receipt attached, without anyone typing it again. The same for hours, quotes or contracts, depending on what the tool does.

Where does AI come in?

Only where it saves real hours: reading a receipt, drafting a reply, summarising a document, sorting what came in. It runs on your data, in the EU, and a person always checks what matters. If your process has no such job, we do not add it.

Goes well with

A tool is worth more when it talks to the rest.

Want someone to look at how the work actually flows?

The free call is a first look. If it is worth it, the next step is a morning at your office, and you leave with a list of what to fix first, with hours next to each item.
