Sound familiar?

The six reasons a good business stays invisible.

None of these need a bigger budget. They need someone to do the unglamorous work in the right order.

"We are on page four for our own service."

Usually thin pages and a site structure that never told Google what you actually do.

"Our competitor is smaller and ranks higher."

They published the answers to the questions your customers type. That is most of it.

"An agency did SEO for a year and we saw nothing."

Ask for the report. If it counts keywords and not enquiries, that is the problem.

"Our Google listing has the wrong opening hours."

A neglected Google Business profile costs more local customers than any ranking.

"We get traffic but no calls."

You are ranking for the wrong searches: browsing, not buying.

"We do not know what to write about."

You do. It is the questions you answer on the phone every week.
What's in the price

Included, and not included. Written down.

You get the same list every month, with your numbers on it.

Always included

  • Keyword research aimed at enquiries, not at traffic
  • Technical audit and the fixes: speed, structure, indexing, redirects
  • On-page work: titles, headings, internal links, schema
  • Google Business Profile: categories, photos, opening hours, reviews
  • Two content briefs a month, edited if you write them yourself
  • Monthly report of rankings, enquiries and what we did
  • Search Console and analytics kept clean and readable

Not included, quoted separately

  • Ad spend on Google or Meta (billed by them, not by us)
  • Buying links, guest post networks or anything we would not put our name on
  • Full copywriting of long articles from scratch, quoted separately
  • Translations of content into languages outside the brief
  • A new website when the current one cannot be fixed, quoted as a build
How it goes

The first three months, week by week.

SEO is slow before it is fast. This is what happens while you wait.

Weeks 1–2

Audit and keywords

What you rank for now, what your customers actually search, what is blocking you technically.

Weeks 3–4

Technical fixes

Speed, structure, indexing, redirects, schema. The part nobody sees and everything depends on.

Month 2

Pages and content

The pages that answer buying questions get written or rewritten, and linked properly.

Month 3

Local and reviews

Google Business, categories, photos, review flow. This is where local businesses win fastest.

Every month

Report and next round

Two minutes of reading: what moved, what we did, what is next.

Where to start

Three starting points. Your quote is one number.

Every job is quoted as one fixed amount for a defined result, written down before we start. Tell us which of these sounds like you and we put a number on it.

Local

Local search

One town or region, one language. For a business whose customers search nearby.

  • Google Business maintained
  • Technical fixes
  • One content brief a month

Growth

Several services or regions, up to two languages. For a business that sells through search.

Multi-language

Three or more languages or countries, or a site with hundreds of pages.

  • Per-market keyword sets
Talk it through

Three months minimum

Not a lock-in trick: nothing measurable happens sooner. After that it is month to month.

You keep the work

Accounts, content and data are yours. If you stop, nothing gets switched off.

Ads only if they pay back

We will say when paid search is cheaper than ranking, and when it is money on fire.

Questions

Before you ask

How long before we see something?

Technical fixes show within weeks, content and local results take two to four months. Anyone promising page one in a month is guessing or buying links.

Do you buy links?

No. We earn them by publishing things worth linking to and by fixing the listings you already have. Bought links are a risk we will not put on your domain.

Can you work on a site you did not build?

Yes, that is most of the work. If the site itself is what is holding you back we say so before you pay for a year of SEO.

What do we have to do ourselves?

Answer questions about your business, approve two content briefs a month, and ask happy customers for a review. That is it.

Goes well with

Search brings them in. These keep them.
