A website that brings in enquiries, then stays out of your way.

Clear, fast, in your languages. Built in Next.js or WordPress depending on what you'll need to change yourself. Then hosted, backed up and monitored by us, so you never think about it again.

Sound familiar?

Most website problems are the same six problems.

If you recognise two of these, the site is costing you customers. All of them are fixable, and none of them need a bigger budget than a new site.

"People land on it and leave within seconds."

Usually slow loading or a homepage that doesn't say what you do in one line.

"It looks less professional than we are."

Templates age. Your business grew and the site didn't.

"It's a mess on a phone."

Over half your visitors are on one. Most old themes were never really tested there.

"Nobody finds us on Google."

Structure, speed and content. Not tricks, and not a plugin.

"Changing a line of text needs a developer."

Then it's built wrong. You should be able to edit prices and photos yourself.

"We don't actually know who's hosting it."

A worryingly common answer. We'll find out on the first call.
What's in the price

Included, and not included. Written down.

The quote you get is this list with your numbers on it. No "phase two".

Always included

  • Structure and copy guidance: what each page has to say, and in which order
  • Design in your brand, desktop and mobile, reviewed with you before build
  • Build in Next.js or WordPress, chosen for how you will maintain it
  • Contact forms that land in your inbox and your CRM
  • Speed, accessibility and SEO basics done properly, not as an add-on
  • Cookie consent and legal pages that actually comply
  • Analytics set up so you see enquiries, not just visits
  • Training: one hour, recorded, so you can edit it yourself

Not included, quoted separately

  • Photography and video (we'll tell you what to shoot, or bring someone)
  • Writing all the copy from scratch (we guide; full copywriting is its own job)
  • Translations beyond the languages in the brief
  • Webshop with payments and stock (that's a different build, and we'll say so)
  • Ongoing SEO, email marketing and CRM work, each their own fixed price
How it goes

Eight weeks, if you hold your side.

The date is in the quote. Most delay comes from waiting on content and approvals, so we tell you exactly what we need from you and when.

Week 1

Map

We look at the current site, domains, hosting, analytics. You get the one-page map and the fixed quote.

Weeks 2–3

Structure and design

Page plan, then design of the key pages. One round of changes is in the price.

Weeks 4–6

Build

You see it on a staging link from week 4 and can click around while we work.

Week 7

Content and test

Your text and photos go in. We test on real phones, real browsers, and fix speed.

Week 8

Live and handover

DNS, redirects from the old site, search console. Training call, recorded. Then we keep it running.

Where to start

Three starting points. Your quote is one number.

Every job is quoted as one fixed amount for a defined result, written down before we start. Tell us which of these sounds like you and we put a number on it.

Running it: one monthly fee

Hosting, SSL, nightly backups, updates, uptime monitoring and a person to email. One invoice.

Changes after launch

Small edits are in the monthly fee. Bigger changes get a fixed price like anything else.

Own it, always

Domain, hosting account and code are yours. If you ever leave, you take everything.

Questions

Before you ask

Next.js or WordPress. Which one, and why?

WordPress if you'll edit lots of pages yourself and want a familiar editor. Next.js if speed, security and integrations matter more than editing everything in a visual builder. We recommend one on the first call and say why in the quote.

Can you work with our existing site?

Often, yes. If the foundation is sound we fix and improve rather than rebuild, and the quote is smaller. If it isn't, we tell you that too, with the reason.

Who writes the text?

You know your business; we know what a page has to say. We give you a structure per page and edit what you write. Full copywriting from scratch is quoted separately.

What if we need changes after launch?

Small edits are part of the monthly fee. Anything bigger is quoted as one fixed number, same as the build.

Do we own the site?

Yes. Domain, hosting account, code and content are yours. We're a phone number you can call, not a lock-in.

Goes well with

Once the site works, these make it work harder.
