Web design on the Costa Brava for businesses whose customers arrive from half of Europe.
Multilingual sites that load fast on a phone with poor signal and put the contact details where people can reach them. Because your customer is looking from a terrace or from a sofa in Utrecht, and will not try twice.

We work across Europe from Girona and Málaga. On this coast the first meeting is usually at your own premises.

A coastal site has two different customers
Somebody looking for a service in Palamós in August is standing up, phone in hand, low on battery and on patchy signal. Somebody looking at a house in Begur in January is sitting in Belgium with a coffee, comparing five websites.
The same site has to serve both, and that is what makes web design here a different problem than in a city.
For the August one: speed and contact
If the site is slow, they leave. If they have to hunt for the phone number, they leave. If the form asks for twelve fields, they leave.
So the sites we build for coastal businesses put contact details in view immediately, with a tappable phone number and WhatsApp, and load the minimum needed to show something useful.
For the January one: detail and trust
That one wants specifics. Real photographs, prices or at least ranges, terms, the exact location, and some sign that you exist and reply.
This is where a properly built multilingual site earns its money. Not machine translated on the fly, but a real version per language with its own address, so Google can offer the right one to whoever is searching.
What tends to be wrong with the site you have
When people come to us wanting a rebuild, the site is usually fine and something else is broken. When the site really is the problem, it is almost always one of three things.
It is slow on a phone, because of unoptimised images, twenty plugins loading at once, and a purchased template carrying features you never use. It cannot be edited without asking someone, so it quietly goes out of date, and an out-of-date site reads worse than an ugly one. Or it is registered to somebody else, which nobody discovers until they try to move.
Before commissioning a site from anyone Ask whose name the domain and hosting will be in. If the answer is not "yours", ask why. It is the conversation that saves the most trouble three years later.
What we do and what we do not
We build business sites, catalogues of services or properties, and small shops. We work from Calonge for the whole Costa Brava, and across Europe from Girona and Málaga.
We do not do photography or video, and on a coastal business those two carry a lot of weight. If your photos are not good, we will tell you that is your first expense and point you at somebody here before charging you for a website.
Timeline and terms
Four to eight weeks from having copy and photos. The quote is fixed, in writing, before anything starts.
We do the first meeting at your premises whenever we can, because seeing the place explains things a call does not. After that we work on our own and show you progress at two or three specific points rather than every day.
Show us your site and we will tell you what we would do.
Half an hour looking at it together. If three fixes would do it, we will say that instead of selling you a rebuild.
Book a callWhere we work
What decides whether a coastal website works.
Not the design. The speed, the language, and how easily somebody can reach you.
Design, build and hosting
A site built for your business, not a template with your logo on it. Fast on a phone, hosting included, domain in your name from day one.
Websites & hostingBuilt to be found
Structure and languages decided up front, based on how your audience actually searches. Redoing this after launch costs twice as much.
SEO & online marketingEnquiries where they belong
So a request lands in your calendar or your CRM rather than a shared mailbox nobody opens in August.
CRM & systemsFour things we treat as a given.
None of these are extras. They are the minimum you should expect from anyone who builds your site.

Genuinely multilingual
Real pages per language, each with its own address, not a translate button on top. Only that is something Google can offer to the right person.
Fast on a weak signal
We test on a phone with mobile data in a village, not in the office on fibre. That is where your customer will open it.
Contact in one tap
Phone, WhatsApp and email always visible. In season, a long form is a lost enquiry.
You can edit it
Seasonal hours, prices and photos, without asking us or paying an invoice for twenty minutes of work.
From Blanes to Cadaqués.
And the rest of Europe, on the same terms and the same price.
Three you can open right now.
Open them on your phone using mobile data. That is the test that matters for a coastal site.
What people ask before commissioning a site
How many languages do I need?
The ones your audience uses, and no more. We check your analytics and the search data before deciding. The usual base here is Spanish and English, then French or Dutch depending on the business. Every extra language is content you have to maintain, so only the ones that bring customers pay for themselves.
Will a translate button do?
For letting a visitor understand what you sell, sometimes. For ranking in that language, no. Google needs real pages with their own addresses, and a widget that swaps the text on the fly does not create them. If a language matters to your revenue, it gets translated properly.
How long does it take?
Four to eight weeks for a normal business site, counted from when we have the copy and the photos. What delays projects is almost never the design or the build, it is content still waiting for someone to approve it. If you cannot write it, we can, and you approve.
Whose name does the domain go in?
Yours, from day one. It is the question we recommend asking anyone before you sign. If the domain sits in the agency's name, changing agency stops being a free decision and becomes a negotiation.
What if I need a change in the middle of August?
You message us and we do it. Small seasonal changes are part of maintenance. What we aim for is that in August you do not depend on us for anything you could do yourself, which is why we leave the site editable.
What usually comes next
