Sound familiar?

Six reasons the newsletter is not working.

Almost every one of these is a setup problem, not a writing problem.

"We send it and nothing happens."

Usually one subject line doing all the work, and a list that was never cleaned.

"It ends up in spam."

SPF, DKIM and DMARC are missing or wrong. This is a one-off fix.

"We are not sure the list is legal."

If you cannot show when and how someone signed up, it is not. That is fixable too.

"Nobody has time to write it."

Then it should be four sends a year that are good, or we write it.

"It looks nothing like our brand."

Templates built in a hurry age fast. One proper template lasts years.

"We have no idea if it brings in anything."

Without link tagging and a CRM link, opens are all you can see, and opens are the least useful number.
What's in the price

Included, and not included. Written down.

The setup is a fixed price. Sending it every month is the optional part.

Always included

  • Domain authentication: SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up and verified
  • List import, clean-up and consent check against the GDPR
  • One template in your brand, mobile-first, tested across clients
  • Signup forms on the site, with double opt-in
  • A welcome series and one automation that fits your business
  • Link tagging so you see what an email actually produced
  • One hour of training, recorded

Not included, quoted separately

  • The sending platform itself (Brevo or Mailchimp), billed by them
  • Writing every send from scratch unless you take the monthly option
  • Photography and illustration
  • Buying or renting a list, which we will not do
  • SMS and WhatsApp campaigns, quoted separately
How it goes

Four weeks to the first send.

Most of it is technical setup you only do once.

Week 1

Setup and authentication

Sender domain, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, platform account, list import.

Week 2

Template and forms

One template in your brand, signup forms on the site, double opt-in.

Week 3

Automations

Welcome series and the one automation that earns its keep in your business.

Week 4

First send and training

We send the first one together, then hand over the recording.

Where to start

Three starting points. Your quote is one number.

Every job is quoted as one fixed amount for a defined result, written down before we start. Tell us which of these sounds like you and we put a number on it.

Setup

Setup only

You want the technical side right and you will write the sends yourself.

Talk it through

The tool is yours

The Brevo or Mailchimp account is in your name. We work inside it, we do not hold it.

Consent on record

Every address carries when and how it signed up, which is what the GDPR actually asks for.

Stop whenever

The monthly send is month to month. The setup keeps working without us.

Questions

Before you ask

Which platform do you use?

Brevo for most clients: EU-hosted, fair pricing, good automations. Mailchimp if you already have it and it works. We do not resell either, so we have no reason to push one.

Can you fix our existing list?

Usually. We clean out dead addresses, check what consent you can prove, and re-permission the rest rather than deleting a list you spent years building.

How often should we send?

Once a month for most small and medium-sized businesses. Four excellent sends a year beat twelve rushed ones, and we will say so.

What if we want to write it ourselves?

Take the setup, keep the template, send it yourself. We are there when something breaks.

Goes well with

Email works better when the rest is in place.

Want a list that opens what you send?

The free call includes a look at your current list, your sender setup and what is actually landing in spam.
