Issue an invoice and its Verifactu status sits right beside it: reported, pending, or the error that stopped it. The QR the law asks for is on the document itself.
Bank reconciliation

Every order becomes an invoice or a simplified invoice in Holded, with the VAT split per rate and discounts spread across those rates instead of dumped on one line.

The connection reads the new orders out of your own system. It never writes anything back, so nothing changes about the way you work.

The document goes into Holded as a draft, and its total is read back and compared with what your customer actually paid.
Record
Only once those two match is it made final, with a number, and reported to the tax authority where that applies.
If the total does not match, nothing is made final. The document stays a draft and you get a message. A missing invoice that is obvious beats a filed invoice with the wrong amount on it: the first is a task, the second is a correction.

Point of sale and webshop to HoldedEvery order becomes a simplified invoice in Holded, and Holded is where the filing to the Spanish tax authority runs from once Verifactu is obligatory. Prices come in including VAT and go out excluding it, discounts are spread across the rates, and every ticket's total is checked before anything is fixed.
