Contacts, quotes, bookings and invoices in one place instead of six.
We implement Holded, connect the tools you already have and replace the ones that do not fit. The goal is zero double entry and no spreadsheet that only one person understands.
Holded, in depth
We are an official Holded Solution Partner. The Holded page covers the implementation, the training and what it replaces.
Read the Holded pageSix signs your systems are costing you a day a week.
Every one of these is someone retyping something a computer already knows.
"The customer list lives in three places."
Inbox, phone and a spreadsheet. Nobody is sure which one is right."We type the same order twice."
Once in the mail, once in the invoice. That is the hour a day."Quotes take an evening."
Because every one starts from a blank document instead of a template with your prices."Only one person knows how it works."
And when they are on holiday, everything waits."We do not know what a lead did next."
Without one record per customer, the enquiry disappears at the first handover."Our accountant asks for things we cannot find."
Spanish compliance is much less painful when the invoicing lives in one system.Included, and not included. Written down.
One implementation, one fixed price, your data moved with it.
Always included
- A half-day mapping how work actually flows through your business today
- Holded set-up: company, taxes, numbering, templates, users
- Migration of contacts, products and open invoices from what you use now
- Website forms and email connected, so a lead becomes a contact automatically
- Quote and invoice templates in your brand
- Two training sessions, recorded, plus a one-page cheat sheet
- Thirty days of questions answered after go-live
Not included, quoted separately
- The Holded subscription itself, billed by Holded
- Bookkeeping and tax advice, which is your accountant's job
- Custom software when an off-the-shelf tool would do, and we will say so
- Migration of ten years of archived invoices unless you ask for it
- A new website, quoted as a build
Six weeks from first look to daily use.
The slow part is deciding how you want to work, not the software.
Map
How a job moves from enquiry to paid today, and where it gets retyped.
Set up
Holded configured: taxes, numbering, users, templates in your brand.
Migrate and connect
Contacts, products and open invoices move. Website and email get wired in.
Train
Two sessions with the people who will use it, recorded for whoever joins later.
Go live
You work in it for real, with us on the other end of the phone for a month.
Three starting points. Your quote is one number.
Every job is quoted as one fixed amount for a defined result, written down before we start. Tell us which of these sounds like you and we put a number on it.
Holded set-up
One company, one country, contacts and invoicing. For a business leaving spreadsheets behind.
- Everything in "always included"
- Live in 4 weeks
Set-up plus connections
Website, email and calendar wired into Holded so a lead becomes an invoice without retyping.
- Everything in Holded set-up
- Website forms, email and calendar connected
- Live in 6 weeks
Custom integration
Bookings, portals or a tool of your own that has to talk to Holded both ways.
- Scoped in the free call, quoted as one number
- Timeline set per project
Official Holded partner
We implement it every week, which is why we know which half of it you should ignore.
Your data, your account
The Holded account is in your name. We work in it, we do not own it.
Support after go-live
Thirty days of questions are in the price. After that it is the monthly fee or a fixed price per change.
Three recent ones.
Read up before you decide.

Setting up customer service that does not run on someone’s inbox
A good product makes a customer content. Solving their problem properly is what makes them stay. That needs a system, not goodwill.

The cookie banner is on. Your site still isn't compliant.
Most consent banners block nothing. The Network tab in your browser tells you the truth in under two minutes, and the fix is usually one line in Tag Manager.

The online customer journey, and where people actually drop out
Six stages between never having heard of you and buying twice. Naming them is easy. Finding the one where you are losing people is the useful part.
Before you ask
Why Holded and not another CRM?
Because it does invoicing that is compliant in Spain and CRM in the same place, which for a small or medium-sized business here is worth more than a better CRM with a separate invoicing tool. If you are not in Spain we will say when something else fits better.
Can you connect the tools we already have?
Usually yes. Website forms, calendars, mailboxes and most booking tools have an honest API. If one does not, we tell you before you buy anything.
What happens to our old data?
Contacts, products and open invoices are migrated. Archived years stay where they are unless you want them moved, which is quoted separately.
How long until the team actually uses it?
Two weeks after training, if the flow was mapped properly first. That mapping half-day is the reason implementations stick.
Systems are worth more when the rest feeds them.
