The situation
Four businesses under one name: sales, holiday rentals, construction and maintenance. Two websites, a listings feed from a real-estate CRM that only half worked, and a Dutch-speaking owner answering Spanish enquiries by phone because the contact form went to an inbox nobody checked. Google didn't know which of the four things they were, so it ranked them for none of them.
What we did
One site, one structure. Buy, rent, build and services as four clear paths from a single homepage, with a search that switches between buying and renting without leaving the page. Built in Next.js so listings render fast and Google reads them as pages, not as a script.
Listings they don't have to touch. Properties come straight from the real-estate CRM the team already uses. Update a price there and it changes on the site. No copying, no "is this one still available".
Three languages, properly. English, Spanish and Dutch as separate indexable pages, not a translation widget. Each language has its own contact routing, so a Dutch enquiry lands with a Dutch speaker.
WhatsApp as the front door. Most of their buyers are on a phone on a beach. The WhatsApp button is the most-used element on the site, and it's tracked, so they know which listings start conversations.
What changed for them
The owner stopped forwarding enquiries by hand. The listings are always right, because there's only one place they live. And for the first time the company ranks for "real estate Palamós" as itself, not as one of its four halves.
What we still do
Hosting, monitoring, backups and updates on a fixed monthly fee. A monthly SEO report that fits on one screen. And the listings connection is ours to keep working when the CRM changes something, which it does.
